  St. Louis has a  Long tradition of Gaming.  The folks listed below
are part of that Tradition.  Whether they Organize and Run
Conventions, or they run events at the Multitude of local shops
we have, or if they take their time and teach someone how to
play they game, the all fit in somewhere. 

Meet your 2010 St. Louis Kotei Staff.

Jon Bancroft ♠ Event TO
Jon has long been a fixture here in the St. Louis Area, and he is well known in the AEG circles.  His list of accomplishments for the Gaming Industry is Long, but here are a few AEG Highlights.
  • AEG Bounty Hunter #03
  • Organized 5 Kotei's in the St. Louis Area.
  • Organized 5 different Storyline events in the St. Louis Area.
  • Worked on the Bounty Hunter Team for a combined 14 Origins and Gencon's.
    • Served as Team Captain for 11 of those events.
  • Organizes and Runs DieCon, A St. Louis Gaming Convention.
  • Organizes the Gaming Portion of Archon, a Regional Convention held in St. Louis.

Frank Kallal ♣ Logistics
Frank is a Former B-n-M Store Owner here is St. Louis, with experience in running multiple and or large scale events simultaneously.  He has also been running events AEG events throughout St. Louis for 11 years.
  • AEG Bounty Hunter #496
  • Staff, Floor Judge, at Kotei '04, '06, '07, '08, '09.
  • Worked on the Bounty Hunter Team for a combined 12 Origins and Gencons.
    • Served as Team Captain for GenCon 2005.
  • UDE Level 1 Judge, level 1 TO, and Level 1 Event Management.

Ray Shell ♥ Master Of Data
Ray has always been a teacher of Games, as he has an intuitive grasp of the Rules.  He has a basement full of everything from BoardGames, to more TCG's than I care to count.  If you don't know how to play it, then He can teach you.

John Urbanak ♦ Head Judge
John Has been a mainstay of the St. Louis L5R Krew for 6+ years. He and his Brother have spearheaded draging the other locals out and about to our neighbors events. John helped restart L5R in the st. louis area several years back when our numbers were low. he has a solid grasp on the rules and his Calm manner and focus will help make the event a success.
